Iced Vanilla Protein Latte with Agave Cold Foam

Proof that five minutes can change the whole mood.

If your ideal drink order lives somewhere between “effortlessly chic” and actually functional,” this one’s for you. This iced vanilla protein latte by Lizzie Cawley is the kind of recipe that tastes like a little daily luxury. You’re getting creamy oat milk with vanilla protein powder for a smooth, cafe-worthy base. It’s poured over ice and finished with a silky foam that’s lightly kissed by salt. And the best part about this is it’s so easy to make at home—no espresso machine required.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups oat milk

  • Ice cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Add a scoop of Organic Protein Warrior Blend Performance to a cup or small mixing bowl. Pour 1 cup of oat milk and whisk well until the powder is fully dissolved and smooth. If you notice clumps, keep whisking or use a small frother to help it fully blend.

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the blended protein-oat milk mixture over the ice. Give it a quick stir to chill it evenly.

  1. In a separate cup, add the remaining quarter of oat milk, vanilla extract, agave syrup, and a small pinch of flaky salt.

  1. Use a hand frother to froth until a thick foam texture forms. For extra foam, angle the frother slightly toward the surface and keep the cup steady.

  1. Slowly spoon or pour the cold foam over your iced vanilla latte.

  1. Finish with an extra pinch of flaky salt on top if you want that “sea salt latte” vibe.

  1. Sip as is or stir it all together for a more uniform vanilla flavor.
