Better For You Sugar Cookie Protein Balls

Forget the toxic kind of love bombing; this one is obviously better for you!

“Love bombing” is a phrase the internet has come to know all too well; usually a shorthand for grand gestures that feel intoxicating at first, but ultimately signal something manipulative beneath the surface.

This “love bomb” recipe, however, is entirely different!

Created by Amanda Wolfson, these vegan, no-bake protein balls are an explosion of the good stuff. They’re indulgent without the crash, sweet as you like it but without the chaos, and a treat that gives exactly what it promises.

Ready in just 10 minutes, they’re made to nourish rather than overwhelm your senses. Each bite offers sustained energy, healthy fats, and feel-good ingredients that support you long after the first bite.

Are you ready to fall hard?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • a pinch of sea salt

  • 1 cup of nut butter

  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • a dash of nut milk (optional)

  • white and pink candy sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, Warrior Blend Performance Chocolate, sea salt. Make sure everything is evenly distributed, so each bite is perfectly balanced.

  1. Add the wet ingredients. Add the nut butter, almond extract, vanilla extract, and nut milk (if using). Using a spoon, mix until a thick dough forms. It should be soft, slightly glossy, and easy to press together.

  1. Scoop a tablespoon of dough and roll between your palms to form smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

  1. While the balls are still slightly tacky, roll or gently press them into white and pink candy sprinkles for that Valentine finish.

  1. Chill to set. Refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to firm up. This helps the texture settle and makes them perfectly fudgy.
