Chocolate Strength Bites

Chocolate won’t do your workout for you, but it will make the post-gym reward 10x more motivating.

Chocolate cravings are real—but most store-bought bars come with a heavy dose of refined sugar. These protein chocolate nibbles hit the spot with a lighter touch, sweetened with just a splash of maple syrup per piece. The secret ingredient is cacao butter, the naturally creamy fat pressed from cacao beans. Once melted, it becomes ultra-smooth and gives these bites a rich, “white chocolate” vibe—while still holding onto some of cacao’s natural benefits. For an extra boost, Organic Protein Warrior Blend Performance is mixed in to deepen the flavor slightly and add a more satisfying, dessert-like finish.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200g) raw cacao butter

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup peanuts

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Fill a small pot with 1–2 inches of water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer. Place a heat-safe glass bowl on top of the pot, with the bowl sit over the steam and not touching the water

  1. Add the raw cacao butter to the glass bowl. Stir occasionally until fully melted and smooth.

  1. Remove the bowl from heat. Stir in the maple syrup and Organic Protein Warrior Blend Performance - Chocolate until completely smooth.

  1. Create four flavor variations. Divide the chocolate mixture evenly into two separate bowls. For the first bowl, fold in the chopped peanuts, while do so gently for the second bowl as you fold in the blueberries.

  1. Lightly grease two candy mold trays with coconut oil (this helps the chocolates release easily).

  1. Place the molds on a flat tray or cutting board so they’re easy to move to the fridge without spilling.

  1. Pour each mixture into its own mold tray, filling each cavity to the top.

  1. Refrigerate a few hours for smaller/thinner molds, or 6–7 hours / overnight for a fully set, firm bite.

  1. Pop the nibbles out of the molds.

  1. Enjoy immediately or keep chilled for the best texture.
