Great Daily
"Warrior Blend is my post workout go-to shake. It has a higher protein amount so I prefer it after a hard workout. But for something like a daily shake, this Mushroom blend just works. Its helped me stay focused at work and after work when I come home. My main sport is cycling. I dig crit racing, hard group rides, and pushing myself in general (dont forget about that zone 2 tho!). I will always down a protein shake after a ride to aide muscle growth and this Mushroom blend feels nice and light in my stomach. It has never given me gas or left me feeling bloated. My favorite way to blend it is with a small but powerful hand blender. Its got a little wire whisk on the end like a coffee milk frother. Definitely gets the job done. Every vegan protein feels a bit gritty but Sun Warrior stuff has been my favorite texture to date. Not perfect but not scratchy either. I did give it a try with oat milk but honestly didnt feel the need to use anything other than water. Its texture was always fairly smooth. The oatmilk did not cover the flavor of the mushrooms, which are noticeable but not over whelming. Id also give it props for not being too sweet.
