"While not as high in protein content as the creamier mixes, these are really nice to have as an option for a little extra boost of protein. I find that they are easy to drink once the foam settles down. I'll often mix it up in a blender bottle and then stick it in the refrigerator for a bit while I'm getting ready and by the time i come back, it's settled and cool. I've found it nice as a base for adding to fruit smoothies as well when i might not want something like vanilla or chocolate flavored."

"This has a different no milky/farty taste compared to normal protein. If you get the ratios correct the raspberry almost tastes like one of those liquid water enhancers. Some flavors also pair well with the flavored creatine well! I do wish the protein content was higher, but I can deal with double scooping. I definitely recommend if you are getting tired of typical protein flavor."
