FAQ for Sunwarrior Demos
Will demo reps receive payment directly?
Yes, Growve will issue payment directly to each demo rep.
How do we set up a new demo rep for direct payment?
Each demo rep will need to complete a Growve New Vendor form and provide their W9. They can send both required form & W9 to AP@Growve.com and cc you. Or the broker can submit these pieces on behalf of their demo rep to AP@Growve.com . Someone from the Growve accounting team will call the new demo rep to verify payment instructions. Please ask your demo rep to expect the call.
What is the demo rate/payment?
We are approved for a payment of $90 per demo/ three-hour a demo.
Can I have multiple products on one subscription?
Yes! You may have as many products as you’d like on one subscription.
How long will it take to issue payment to the demo rep? Is there a payment schedule?
It will take up to 5 business days to process after the demo form and receipts are submitted. If submitted by a Thursday (end of business day), payment will be issued the following Friday. As an example: submit demo form & receipts on Thursday, January 8th; payment issued on Friday, January 16th. Accounting will process on a weekly basis.
How do I submit my demo reports?
Demo reports can be submitted via the dedicated demo site at sunwarrior.com/pages/demos. The site will go live on December 29th, 2025.
Do you require pictures of the demo table to be submitted?
Yes, a minimum of two wide-angle pictures is required for every demo. Pictures can be uploaded at (webpage address here) while completing the demo forms. Please also feel free to upload pictures of the Sunwarrior set on shelf.
Who should I contact if I have questions about the program, what is required, or am having issues receiving my payments?
All questions regarding the demo program should be emailed to demos@growve.com.
Will Growve supply demo supplies like cups, milks/water needed for the demo?
Demo reps or brokers can purchase the supplies for demos and submit their receipts for payment (along with the demo form). All purchases require a receipt for payment.
Is there a mileage reimbursement?
No, there is not a mileage reimbursement. The $90 demo payment rate should help to assist with mileage coverage.
Will the demo products need to come from the broker carstock budget?
No, demo products will not be deducted from broker carstock budgets.
How should brokers/demo reps order products for the demos?
Pending…planning on broker ordering site, more to come soon. Meanwhile, demo reps that have scheduled early January demos will need to submit orders via customer service at cs@growve.com until the site is confirmed/functioning.
Will Sunwarrior provide a recorded training for demo people?

Will the demo program continue in Q2 – Q4?
Yes, Sunwarrior will continue the demo program for all of 2026! However, the demo budget will be approved and shared quarterly.
