High protein and low effort? This pudding does the most with the least!
This vanilla chia smoothie is a straightforward way to get more protein into your day without turning it into a project. It uses Sunwarrior Warrior Blend for plant-based protein, chia seeds for texture and satiety, and a short list of ingredients that make sense together for a vegan lifestyle. No powders stacked on powders, no complicated preparations, and nothing you’ll use once and forget about.
It works just as well mixed in a bowl as it does blended, which makes it easy to repeat. Eat it after training, between meals, or whenever you need something filling that doesn’t feel heavy. It’s reliable, neutral, and built to support strength and recovery without trying to sell you a lifestyle.
Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons chia seeds
-
1 cup almond milk
-
3 tablespoon maple syrup
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste
-
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
-
In a bowl, whisk almond milk, Warrior Blend Protein Powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt. Mix until fully combined and smooth. If preferred, blend these ingredients in a high-speed blender for a thicker, creamier base.
-
Gradually stir in the chia seeds, mixing well to distribute them evenly into the mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent the seeds from settling or clumping.
-
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight for a thick, creamy texture.
-
Before serving, give the chia vanilla pudding a quick stir. Top with your favorite berries or fruits, as desired.
-
Serve chilled and enjoy!
